Auskor Australasia was established in 2004.

Geoff Denison (Founder) has dedicated his professional career to accommodation management in a hospitality setting.

He began his career working in international hotels in both Australia and Japan before applying his broad accommodation management skills set to managing one of Australia’s first commercial student accommodation businesses.

As an early operator of commercial student accommodation, Geoff spent several years customising traditional hotel management procedures to meet the service and product expectations of student customers.

He was also required to identify the global student recruitment ecosystem and build relationships with key contacts within the global international education agent network and with local education providers to effectively build and sustain demand for his student accommodation interest.

Over time, Geoff has developed a comprehensive understanding of the key drivers behind the global student accommodation industry from the perspective of all stakeholders including, education providers, commercial property developers and institutional investors.
