ASIA
RMIT International University, Vietnam
Engaged by RMIT International University to undertake an independent review and assessment of building plans for the development of 240 beds of purpose-built student accommodation on the University's South Saigon campus in Vietnam.
The specialist consultancy report delivered expert student accommodation management advice and recommendations regarding the functional design and layout of the building and operational considerations for the facility.
The report included an analysis of similar facilities in the South East Asian region, including student accommodation facilities in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
Auskor Australasia were later re-engaged on a midterm project-based agreement to deploy a specialist student accommodation consultancy team to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to assist the client to commission the purpose-built facility, establish site specific operating systems and prepare and train a university in-house management team to open and operate the Residential Centre long term.
This world class purpose-built student accommodation facility opened successfully to full capacity and remains a benchmark for student accommodation in South East Asia.
MIDDLE EAST
Ajman University of Science and Technology
Engaged by Ajman University of Science and Technology to undertake an independent review and assessment of building plans for the development of 480 beds of purpose-built student accommodation on the University’s campus in Ajman, UAE.
The specialist consultancy report provided expert student accommodation management advice and recommendations regarding the functional design and layout of the building and operational considerations for the facility.
Auskor Australasia were later re-engaged on a mid-term project-based agreement to deploy a specialist student accommodation consultancy team to Ajman, UAE to assist the client to establish site specific operating systems, prepare and train a university in-house management team to open and operate the Female Student Residence long term.
